All centrally hosted website are being migrated to the new type "Centrally hosted on DFS (IIS 7)".

A new web site type called "Centrally hosted on DFS (IIS 7)" has been introduced.
It represents the evolution of old centrally hosted sites using the Frontpage Server Extensions. Along with the upgrade
to the latest IIS software, the sites are now hosted on DFS. Create a new site hosted on DFS
